JobJab restricts potential employers from using your resume other than for internal recruiting purposes, and restricts recruiting services from disclosing your resume to other third parties other than for a specific job posting. Potential employers and recruiting services are not permitted to disclose information outside their organization or beyond any third party, as applicable. Recruiting services are also required to have appropriate safeguards in place that require any such third parties to use your resume solely for the purpose of applying for a job within the third party organization for which the information was provided and not disclosing your resume or any other personal information outside the organization. However, JobJab cannot guarantee that all potential employers, recruiting services and other third parties will adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If at any time you would like your resume removed from our Website, you may do so by simply logging into your account and selecting the resume to be deleted and pressing the delete button.

Some job postings that are posted on the JobJab Site allow you to click on links to where you can apply, and provide your resume, for a specific job posting. Because you will be leaving the JobJab Site, you will be providing your resume directly to these third parties and the handling of your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies. JobJab is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. In such cases, we encourage you to review the privacy policy on the linked third party Web site.

JobJab may also use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law including by order of a court.

All personal data that you enter on this Site is encrypted with secure server software (SSL) that encodes the information before your Web browser software sends it to us. The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers cannot capture any of your personal information while it is in transit. Once the data reaches our site, the same state-of-the-art security software we use to guard all of our company's essential business data protects your personal data as well.
